My pregnancy week is not visible in the widget.
Open Luma Mama → Settings and turn on “Pregnancy week on Lock Screen.” Details are off by default to protect privacy. Then add or refresh the Luma Mama widget.

Why did I not receive a reminder?
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Luma Mama and confirm notifications are allowed. iOS controls delivery and may adjust timing based on Focus and notification settings.
Where is my data stored?
Your profile, appointments, check-ins and tool history are stored locally by the app. Luma Mama does not have an account or publisher server copy.
How do I delete everything?
Open Luma Mama → Settings → Erase all Luma Mama data. You can also uninstall the app. Deleted local data cannot be restored by us.
Is Luma Mama medical advice?
No. Luma Mama is an organizational and educational companion. Follow your qualified maternity team’s advice and use local emergency services for urgent help.
